'Crust & Dreamery originated from a single vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizzeria was once a quaint, familial venture with time-honored recipes passed along the generations.
Marco Bianchi, our initiator, mastered the craft of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, taking lessons from veteran pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After returning to the UK, her goal was to replicate the exceptional Italian pizza experience, emphasizing classic techniques and prime ingredients.
Initially started as a humble 12-seat pizza shop, it has since expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Nonetheless, our dedication to premier quality and genuine Italian tradition stands firm. We continue employing traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough daily, and obtaining the finest ingredients available.
Presently, 'Crust & Dreamery' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with the next generation taking the helm. Although we've adopted certain contemporary advancements, at our core we focus on delivering delectable, real pizza that unites our patrons.
